Ron Cockcroft Award (RCA)

Aim

The aim of the RCA is to promote international research on wood protection through the IRG by providing financial assistance to selected persons to attend IRG conferences.

Who can apply?

The RCA is intended primarily to assist post-graduate research students and active scientists, who, for financial reasons might otherwise be unable to attend an IRG conference. It is available to members and non-members. Normally, there can only be one recipient from the same institute the same year.

Application

Applications for an award in 2011 shall be submitted in writing to the Secretariat before 15 December, 2010.
