Manuscripts should be prepared electronically in accordance with the guidelines in IRG Document IRG/WP 04-60184.
Posters
There are no particular guidelines issued regarding posters, but the recommended maximum size is 100 (height) x 150 (width) cm. The local Organising Committee should be contacted for detailed information on space available etc.
Language
Documents, abstracts and posters should be written preferably in English, but if authors have difficulty in writing English they may submit their contribution in either French, German or Spanish. If possible a brief summary should be provided in all four languages.
2011 Deadlines
Please note the deadlines! Failure to meet deadlines makes it very difficult for the Secretariat to distribute the documents before the Annual Conference and prepare the agendas for the meetings; it may also cause contributions to be rejected. Deadlines for 2010:
