Featuring a 46,000 sq ft column free exhibit hall, 32,000 sq ft of flexible meeting room space in 19 Meeting Rooms ranging from 185 sq ft to 13,205 sq ft, 2 Board Rooms and a state of the Art Theater/Auditorium. The round atrium style Garden Room situated in the North Lobby, elegant rotunda, spacious indoor lobby and pre-function area are all ideal locations for receptions, banquets and vendor displays.

Plenary Sessions and the Banquet will be held in the Grand Ballroom.
Breakout Sessions 1 and 2 will be held in the divided ballroom, i.e. Kuranda and Mossman rooms.
If a third breakout session is required it will be held in Tully Room 1.
Lunches, morning and afternoon teas, posters and any sponsor's displays will be in either Tully II and II or the Ballroom Foyer, or both.
