Registration for the Conference may be made at the online IRG55 Registration Form link, no later than April 20, 2024 if you wish to avoid late payment fees.

A late fee of SEK 2500 will be charged after April 20, 2024.

Participants may pay by banker’s draft, check, bank transfer or credit card. If paying by bank transfer, a copy of the bank transfer order should be mailed or faxed together with registration form. Please indicate your address clearly on the transfer orders and checks.
Note: Acknowledgement of registration and receipt of fee will not be issued unless requested.

In the event of cancellation before May 6, 2024, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After this date no refunds will be made. However, you may transfer your registration at any time to another person from your organization.

Hotel reservations may be made through the online link with the Crown Plaza Knoxville Hotel.

The Registration desk will be open at the Crown Plaza Hotel Conference Center on Saturday May 18 and Sunday May 19 between 15.30 and 18.00 and then on the Monday morning between 08.00 and 09.00am.
