Two Optional Trips at IRG55
IRG55 LOC Chair Dr Jeff Lloyd has announced two Optional Trips in conjunction with IRG55, one on Sunday May 19 before the meeting and one on Friday May 24.

Sunday May 19, 2024 – 1000 to 1630 (10am to 4:30pm)
Accsys acetylated wood new production facility
Kingsport, Tennessee
Two hours (each way) bus trip from Knoxville
Limited space on bus - so first come, first served
Cost: Free, but must register by email

Optional Trip 2
Friday May 24, 2024 – 1100 to 1500 (11am to 3pm)
University of Tennessee CRC laboratories and to the Nisus Corporation production facility
(retail, professional and industrial preservatives - Borates and Copper naphthenate)
Cost: Free, but must register by email
