This paper deals with inspection procedures of waterborne preservative treated timber products. A research study supported by past experience, knowledge and training on relevant issues and consultation of relevant bulletins and standards revealed a concise widespread guideline for the inspection of waterborne preservative treated timber products. Through this paper different types of templates on white inspection, pre-shipment inspection at treating plant, destination inspection, essential for the inspection of timber products, have been presented. The Rural Electrification Board in Bangladesh and its manufacturers often uses the said templates.
