📅 Check-in Date Availability (Important)

Please be aware that room availability is extremely limited during the weekend of May 23-24. Many room types may appear "Sold Out" for these dates online.

  • Recommendation: We strongly advise setting your check-in date starting from Monday, May 25.

  • Need Early Arrival?If you strictly require accommodation for May 23 or 24, please do not book online. Instead, contact the local organizing committee at wwang@bjfu.edu.cn. We will coordinate with the hotel directly to assist you.

📝 Booking Instructions (Step-by-Step)

To ensure you receive the conference rate benefits (including the complimentary breakfast upgrade), please follow these steps carefully:

Step 1: Select Your Room

  • Priority: Choose rooms in the VIP Villa for direct access to the venue.

  • Alternative:Choose rooms in the CMB Building.

  • Note: Avoid Maya Island due to distance.

Step 2: Choose Your Rate

  • 1 Person: Select "Room Only" (No Breakfast). You will still get 1 free breakfast.

  • 2 People:Select the "2 Breakfasts" rate.

Step 3: Mark Your Identity as IRG57 Attendee(Crucial!)

On the checkout page, scroll down to the "Special Requests" section. In the text box labeled "Additional requests", you MUST type: "IRG57 Attendee"

This step is mandatory for the hotel to identify you and provide the complimentary breakfast voucher upon check-in.
