Meals

Breakfast

Attendees will make their own arrangements and payments for Breakfast as needed dependent on their choice and location of accommodation.

Coffee breaks

Coffee and tea breaks will be provided Monday to Thursday to delegates attending the scientific sessions.

Lunch

The IRG58 Organizing Committee will organize the lunches during the week of the meeting from Monday to Thursday, for registered IRG58 conference attendees.  

On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday there will be group lunches for session attendees in the conference centre, while for the Wednesday excursion boxed lunches will be provided for both session attendees and companions as we depart from the Radisson Blu hotel for the excursion.

Dinner

On Sunday evening the IRG58 Opening Reception will include hors d'oeuvres, while on Wednesday and Thursday evenings dinner will be included as integral to the Excursion and the Banquet, respectively.

On Monday and Tuesday evenings within Venice, dinners may be purchased locally as there is a great variety of interesting restaurants and bars in all price categories.
